Beach is not great, expensive food when not in all inclusive

Was ok, felt very ‘chainy’ was expecting a little more relaxed, the beach club is where it’s at.

Lots of all inclusive people and kinda stuck on the island unless you get a boat over to the mainland.

Beautiful resort and accomodation. Breakfast Buffet is amazing 👏 So many options, I had a full plate of something different every day and every meal was delicious. Also no restrictions on having Espresso Martinis for breakfast either 🙌 Staff are all so happy and they work together to make sure you do not have to lift a finger. Buggy pick up from your room to restaurants, to the spa, the pools. Cold refreshment towels handed out, nothing is a hassle!! The Day Spa treatments are DIVINE. No need to leave the island for anything! We even had to get a doctor from the mainland. That took one call to reception and he was at our door in hours, had medicine with him and charged very little!! Highly recommend, we will be back.. as do others..I have found many overseas guests here that are regulars!

Fantastic comfortable stay on your own self contained island. Great friendly staff, food and activities.

Great pool and communal facilities. Waterslide was an unexpected highlight for the whole family. Breakfast options at the buffet were wide ranging. The staff were always very accomodating. Overall they put a lot of effort in to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including entertainment which created a really good vibe. We didn't feel like we missed having a lot of different restaurant or bar options nearby. We didn't do all-inclusive and spent much less than if we had. We enjoyed the resort restaurants most days but also went to the restaurant on the beach just next to the resort - they have a big menu and the food is tasty at good value. Would recommend the Phi Phi tour through the resort. We loved our own pool and the view from the 2 bedroom beachfront villa - pool was quite big!

We used the free trip to Koh Rang Yai at the island across from the resort. I would say you can pass on this. The restaurants had very limited food options when we were there. We also weren't interested in jetskiing or ATV riding. If they're your thing you might enjoy this more. The beach is nice but didn't feel it was additive to our trip.
