Wadi Rum palace

The accommodation is very beautiful and there is nothing more wonderful than that. All of its features are beautiful and there are no faults. The rooms are clean, the reception is very beautiful, the food is delicious and other than that, the activities available on the site, from car trips in the desert, I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

Sultan was a fantastic host who picked us up from our agreed location took us to our hotel in the desert arranged our desert tours and night time tours and took us back. A good smorgasbord of local cuisine for dinner (probably too much food if I'm honest)

The staff goes beyond what is expected to make you feel at home. Yahya(sorry if I mispronounced your name) is an amazing host and a very fun person to be around. The 4x4 tour on the desert was amazing and we loved every moment. The entire camp site is very well taken care. I highly recommend this place.

The tour provided by the accommodation lacks substance; walking in the desert without any meaningful purpose. There is nothing worthwhile, they just want to get paid. The cost is high, and there is no credibility. The accommodation is clean, but dinner consists of only one dish. Drinks are charged separately at high prices, not as advertised when booking. At 9 AM, a staff member comes to ask you to vacate the room so they can turn off the electricity, as it runs on solar power. I do not recommend this place at all; it was a very bad experience. Everything has an extra charge, and you do not receive the services as expected.

The food was excellent and the staff very nice and helpful. Excellent drivers....clean rooms and bathroom.
