DESehr gute Einrichtung, alles da was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen, sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist prima, da man alles auch zu Fuss erreichen kann. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich bestens.
Etwas harte Betten.
DENeue Ausstattung und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Tolle Lage - fußläufig zur Altstadt und dem Meer. Gut war auch der eigene Parkplatz, weil in der Straße ist normalerweise alles zugeparkt. Sehr nette Besitzerin. Uns wurde leckeres Essen vorbeigebracht und auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Kit Kind auch klasse dass es einen Zaun um das Grundstück gibt. So konnte das Kind draußen spielen und man musste keine Angst haben, dass es auf die Straße läuft.
Die Dusche lief nach 5 Minuten duschen über und da es keinen Duschvorhang oder eine Tür gab, war nach dem Duschen das ganze Badezimmer nass.
DEWunderschönes Haus mit Terrasse und tolle Lage. Die Besitzerin überrascht einen immer wieder mit leckeren und fruchtigen Überraschungen.

AEХочу сказать большое спасибо хозяйке за гостеприимство, welcome food, невероятную чистоту и уют. Я достаточно придирчивый человек и с высокими требованиями к уюту - этот дом был просто идеален. Все чисто, оформлено со вкусом. Мне показалось, что в жизни даже лучше, чем на фото. Локация тоже очень удачная - 10 минут до центра, но в то же время на очень тихой улице. Рядом есть лавка с овощами, мясом и магазин с продуктами. От всей души рекомендую этот домик. Спасибо ❤️

CHThe house is absolutely lovely. Stylish and new furnished and the kitchen contains all you need to cook your own meal. Small supermarkets in walking distance (incl. a fruit and vegetables market), a big supermarket you find in 5 min by car. It‘s located in a quiet area and very close to the Kos city center and harbor (10 min walk) with its cute shops and restaurants. Also well located for discovering the island by car. The house looks exactly like shown on the pictures. The host is super sweet and friendly - brought us a home cooked dish and on another day some fresh strawberries. As we needed the heating, they came very quickly to unlock the heater - problem solved. When ever we‘ll be back in Kos, we will rent this house again!
The only thing we missed was a tumble dryer as in rather chilly and wet weather, the bath towels didn‘t really air dry. But that's a minor thing.
IEMy uncle and I recently stayed at Evgenia's House in Kos, Greece, and it was absolutely brilliant. The place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions we had. They welcomed us with wine, beer, olives, and other treats, and even stopped by during our stay with fresh figs and eggs. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Evgenia's House for anyone looking for a fantastic and personal experience in Kos!
