Bedroom area, view from balcony.

Smell of sewerage, water off. Then brown coloured, kettle and coffee machine did not work, old meat left stale and smelling, building corridor vile smell

Perfect location in the center of Arad. Large bedroom and balcony with view towards nice Square. Free street parking was also available.

I have nothing to mention as a serious disadvantage.
