Noting that "Capital Cottage 2-4 Bedroom" automatically allocates the number of bedrooms based on the number of guests: 2-4 Guests = 2 Bedroom Price 5-6 Guests = 3 Bedroom Price 7-8 Guests = 4 Bedroom Price If you have reduced number of guests but require additional bedrooms you will be charged accordingly. A 3.5% processing fee will apply for all Credit Card Transactions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
