Honestly I’m disappointed

The host was extremely rude and moody from the start we mentioned that we’d checkout at 12pm but overnight I got ill because I do have sickle cell and the host was not understanding at all I was half naked and just was still rushing us to open the door it was only 12:05 and I had explained the situation to him but still rushing us, the funny think is that we opened the door at 12:10 and there was no cleaners to be seen so he rushed us for nothing I’m very ill and he was very rude kissing his teeth, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this property Very cold all night too

It was in a bad area the building looked dirty from the outside we didn’t even go in cancelled it and they won’t give me a refund

Good location

Kerb appeal is not a great welcome to the property. Owner did warn me but front door on porch very very difficult to close and lock. Not what I would call luxury but was comfortable. Nowhere to hang any clothes in bedrooms, no mirror in front bedroom. Much smaller than it looks on the photos and stairs very steep and narrow. Lack of cutlery and what was there was stained and kettle needs descaling.

The property was comfortable and clean. Well located to Bluewater and close to transport links.

Much smaller than pictures portray, however worked well for us during our stay.

the location was perfect for us, however the parking for the property is very difficult and not guaranteed. our first night we were a 5 minute walk away and the second night we had to park even further away and and had parking restrictions so had to get up early to move the car before it was ticketed.

previous occupants had left food which had gone off. we put this in the bin and cleaned up the draws. We were not aware that toilet roll would not be available and we had to go out and buy once we arrived.
