Hotel Casa Caro

Hotel Casa Caro is in a great location in the center of Bernal, but not RIGHT in the main area, so it's away from much of the music and noise. The hotel staff was great - they gave me the option of two different rooms when I arrived and organized a taxi for me to get to the Querétaro airport. My room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

The hotel wifi doesn't reach to the back section of the hotel where I was staying (and where at least half the rooms at this small hotel are located). Additionally, while my room was beautiful, it only had one small window and was very dark.

Loud because of the location, I would definetly not come on the weekend, during the week it is okay but still you will need earplugs

Spacious comfortable rooms exactly as described on the website, amazing view, right in the center of town, free parking for duration of stay.

Internet did not work at night. Cold water in the sink.

There was rain in our stay and water came into our room. Staff didn’t come to clean, dry… I as actually given a mop that I asked for. There was no proactive reaction to fix the issue or change us to a different room. We had multiple bags to carry and ther was no help to take them to the room. Service was very poor.

This hotel does not have AC or heating. The shower do not have hot water. How is it possible that in a town with a cold climate, a hotel of this level and price does not have basic services.
