Good customer service

I checked in on saturday the 4th October at around 20:20 there were no rooms and beds available for us. The recepnints told us that the booking.com app made a mistake and that they did not recive our book. There were other people in the rooms that were later removed to make space for until we were able to get rooms at 11pm. I booked for 20 people and one of the rooms offred to the linen wss dirty. There was no breakfast offererd to us in the morning. We were scared of our safety as there were around 6 men in the kitchen arear drinking and making noise. They even offered to take us to another BnB 500m away. I would not recommed any one to book the place.

The staff was very accommodating, Bedding was clean

Struggled with hot water for the shower

Nothing at all

Furniture is not in good condition especially in the dining room tables and chairs are broken
