Sorrento Home Pool family BIG appartament in Sorrento center

Very spacious , enough room for 6 people, bathrooms good size. Love all the balconies off the bedroom

Pool was marked as open on the listing and was not open. Received email stating it was marked open in Error - then when confronted again they said I was incorrect and it was clearly marked as closed. Pool was main reason I chose this location - 2 weeks before when payment was made they should have given me a choice and told me it would not be open! Also beach location is not as close as they state in listing

Location was not very close to the centre of Sorrento. The description stated a pool at location, but the pool was located at the complex next door. We booked this, which was more expensive than other apartments due to the pool, but were disappointed that it was not at the location. Some of the plugs did not work, so we had to try quite a few of them, before we found some that worked. The water for the air conditioner in the living area had to be emptied by us. The dishes were chipped and the pots and pans were old and some were badly scratched. We did not use the kitchen due to these issues. It’s horrible paying this much money and having to eat off chipped dishes and cook on scratched frying pans. It would seem that these may have been discarded by someone and picked up by the owners. It’s terrible. A dog eats on better dishes The showers are so tiny that a person barely fit. Overall the bathrooms are old.

The apartment was spacious and fit 3 people easily enough.

The location could have been better, the streets outside werent super clean and didnt feel the safest. The bathroom was dirty, the fridge was gross and looked like it hadnt been cleaned after something spilled in it. There were bugs on the floor and when we mentioned it, we were told thats normal for the season. The apartment was not clean enough to make us stay. We ended up getting another rental property elsewhere for 3 of our 4 days in Sorrento and the owner did not give us a refund or compensate for our stay in any way. We are not picky, but the bathroom and kitchen were GROSS. very clearly not cleaned and we did not feel comfortable staying there OR letting someone in to clean after we had tried to settle in and our things were in the apartment.

How long have you got. No money has been spent on this apartment for many years.it is falling apart inside and outside.nothing was cleaned. Furniture was dirty and smelly. Bedding was disgusting. No windows had been cleaned for years.the windows were falling apart and window pains ready to fall out.showers,kitchen and all the bedrooms were dirty and disgusting. The children would not shower in the bathrooms and had to shower at the pool in tepid water.the electrical wiring was a joke and a fire risk.a massive stain was in our bedroom that got darker as the days progressed.externally most or the cladding had fallen off or was ready to fall off.most of the doors to the balconies would not open and the shutters would not retract as they were broken.

Very spacious and clean apartment with everything you need. Valerio, the host, was helpful and friendly. Location amazing. Everything in walking distance. Brilliant stay. Would come again. Highly recommend.

Great location and great size for a family holiday or short break. Apartment was clean and well well furnished within easy walking distance of the town centre, local shops around the corner. Miglena and Valerio went above and beyond to make sure that everything when smoothly. Our first trip to Sorrento and we could not have been in better hands.

A little noisy at night but so is most of Sorrento and was easy to get used too.
