The Garden Room

Gutes und reichliches Frühstück, sehr privat durch eigene Terrasse, wo wir frühstücken konnten. Toller Garten . Unser Hund war willkommen und Glastonbury nicht weit. Caroline vermittelte uns das Gefühl, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Danke.

We liked the location and the garden 😊 The layout and decor of the room was perfect. The breakfast was simple but exceptional 😊

The bed was a bit soft but did not spoil our stay

There wasn’t anything in particular really to dislike, it was nice and quiet. The host was very welcoming and put you at ease.

Not sure if it’s an ongoing problem you could connect to the Internet but the signal was so weak you couldn’t do anything with it. For Vodafone you had to walk out side of the property to get a signal. But to be honest, this wouldn’t stop us going back.

Caroline, the host was very hospitable and helpful. The setting is beautiful and tranquil.

I absolutely love this beautiful serene and peaceful village. I’ve stopped in the Duck Hut before next door but this time I fancied a couple of days away on my own in the Garden Room. If you’re happy to eat out, it’s a great place to relax and sleep.

My only request would be to include a small fridge for drinks, but it’s not a criticism. For the money it’s excellent value and the continental breakfast was wonderful to receive each morning.

I had a lovely, warm welcome. The room is beautiful and so clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept really well (not usual for me especially before a speaking engagement( The location was great and directions good.

Clean, tidy, fairly comfortable, great continental breakfast and great host.

Felt like it could have done with a small fridge in the room although the host did bring me fresh milk sachets each morning.
