Tesoro Elegant escapes- suites

Very roomy accommodation. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spa was a bonus and great for a relaxing soak after a long day of sight seeing. It was an easy walk to the harbour, port and restaurants.

It was difficult to locate the property when arriving in a hired vehicle. But the manager went out of her way to sit in the rain and wait for us at the road Intersection so we could find the rooms. It was a bonus to have private free parking nearby.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and full of natural light. The bed was large and very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean — which I really appreciated. It felt cozy and well taken care of, making our stay very pleasant.

Communication at check-out could have been smoother. We were told someone would meet us to store our luggage and help with a taxi, but the staff on site didn’t seem informed, so it ended up a bit confusing. There was a jacuzzi in the room, and we were told the water was changed for each guest. However, when we opened it, we noticed a slight oily film and some small black particles coming out when turned on, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it.

Hot tub was great, good location and super clean!!

La limpieza era correcta.

El hombre que nos recibió fue desagradable. Nada más llegar entró hasta el fondo de nuestra habitación (privacidad ninguna) y empezó a enumerarnos todas las normas de uso tanto del jacuzzi como del aire acondicionado a una velocidad que no nos dio tiempo a entender como se utilizaba. Además, teníamos la obligación de mantener cubierto el jacuzzi con una colchoneta que no sale en las fotos. Nos avisó de que el servicio de limpieza se encargaría a diario de revisar que estuviéramos cumpliendo con todos los requisitos de uso. Hubiera sido suficiente con avisarnos de que fuéramos cuidadosos. El jacuzzi tenía suciedad flotando desde el minuto 1 que entramos en la habitación (adjunto foto). Decidimos no utilizar en toda nuestra estancia el jacuzzi porque dejaba mucho que desear. No merece la pena el gasto en este sitio. Da la sensación de estar en un colegio mayor y no en un lugar para disfrutar. Estamos seguros que nuestra experiencia hubiera sido muy diferente si el trato recibido hubiera sido otro.
