The location is good. It's within a good commercial area, Madiwala. You may find cheap food and other necessities in the vicinity. Only the person (some Bengali guy) handling the reception was professional and dutifull.

Very poor rooms. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan was not working. Even on complaining, no one repaired that. Springs are popping out of bed and hurt when one tries to rest on it. Torn towels were given. Very poor upkeep. The housekeeping staff is lethargic and unwilling to clean even on insisting. Highly unprofessional running of the property. Needs immediate attention from the management.
