Late check-in is subject to an extra charge of €25 and must be confirmed in advance by the staff. The property is not available for bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events. A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash at check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. Good location.

During the stay, thieves tried to break in with keys while we were there. Luckily the door chain was on. The host did not seem bothered by it, suggesting this might have happened in the past.

I was very disappointed with the place. It turned out that there were no basic things like in any accommodation. There was no shampoo, soap, and towel. They charged me money for bedding and sheets. Very disappointed.

The landlord doesn't speak English, I couldn't communicate with him even with Google Translate.
