Spacious private and comfy room in Kimihurura

We were not allowed to enter the facility even though the owner was home and sent someone to tell us.

Not even worth one star!!! We booked a room in advance on Booking and received confirmation. It took us a very long time to find the place because the address on Booking was not specific enough. After we arrived, one staff made long phone calls and then told us there were no rooms free. However, at that moment, this hotel on Booking still showed free rooms. I asked him to call the Manager , but he said the Manager was not there. I said I can wait and he replied that the Manager would not return today. I urgently needed to use the restroom and asked if I could use their toilet, but he said no! This hotel is absolutely terrible!!!

I am Paris, I like this place, good customer service, the area security is secure.
