The Modern loft

It’s quite near to the attractions and only a 24-minute walk from Nairobi Central. At my request, the owner kindly let me check out late after I performed afternoon prayers. The owner is pretty responsive too

The neighbours can be noisy and you can hear a dog barking but that’s not the owner’s fault

The manager was readily available and fast at answering. The loft has everything needed, a small bathroom and cooking place.

The location is a bit loud, but it can be expected knowing the area (it's right in the middle of CBD). Not so easy to find, there are no signs or indications about it.

Really great place located in the city center. Instructions are clear, the owner is helpful. The place is small but you have everything you need and a great warm shower.

I booked the apartment Modern loft I paid the money for one night on 14th to 15 February, but when I arrived there another onether person was in the house .I had spent money on tax and the money I had paid for the accommodation was never refunded.am very 😞.

Arriving 4am to Nairobi I knew I would be tired and would like just to crush. So I booked the night in advance, so I could roll into bed at 4 am and not to wait until check in time the following day. Reconfirmed it with the owner and host per online communication. And they also reassured me the 4am arrival is fine and no issues - just give us a call once you are there. Once arrived at 4am, took about 20 min for the host since my call to come and open the door but only to say that there are other people sleeping in a room that I’ve booked and they will be checking out in couple of hours. In the meanwhile I should go and drink tea somewhere?????? First time in Nairobi left on the street with all the luggage at 4am. Zero compassion, willingness to help or solution oriented approach. My only memories is irritated host at 4am that doesn’t care about the mistake and his guest at all.

Very Hard to find the entrance/place, stairs, toilet paper couldn't find a dry place to do

Thomas was very helpful and attended to my needs e. g. Booking Uber taxi. Close to shops and restaurants.

No lift to the upper floors.
