Owner and caretaker both good and cooperative people.

Even if modern Loft is hidden gold we will always struggle to find it it's very clean inside and calm so we liked it.

since it is in CBD, parking is a challenge

"Poor"

No AC, chaotic area, or less safe area. We were promised a futon bed and a normal bed, but we got a mattress we couldn't fit anywhere. We upgraded for a balcony, but døbt do that. The overall thought is that the apartment is very small and hot.
