"We have stayed here many times for rowing regattas. It is our home away from home."

It is in a beautiful location. The cottage is very comfortable and cosy and has everything you could need for a lovely stay. Every possible amenity is provided, and the host is very helpful. A great place to stay for rowing at Karapiro.

Lovely setting away from main house. Surrounded by paddocks with animals to watch. Breezey open plan longe, kitchen and dining Close to facilities if needed. Lovely bed linen.

"One to add to your probable list"

Benn road cottage was an unexpected delight. We were looking for a quiet night after a hectic weekend and found it ! supremely quiet farm location, easy as to find and check in a breeze. We actually arrived an hour early and Gina was totally non plussed . All facilities are first rate, beds / kitchen / bathroom. Cannot find fault. We like to "save" bnb's for future reference, when travelling and Benn road got quickly added to that list . Thank you Gine a lovely albeit brief stay. See you again one day .

Loved everything. Beds were so warm and comfortable. Snacks and plenty of milk for cuppa on arrival. Great hot shower. Birds chirping, friendly sheep.
