"Perfect country spot, clean, comfortable with a kind host; everything you could need for great stay."

Benn Cottage is ideally located for events at Lake Karapiro. Leamington is a small village close by which has many eating options. The Cottage is clean and very comfortable with kind details such as snacks and a cold drink. It is set in a beautiful farming environment and is quiet and peaceful.

Amazing setting out in the country. Beautiful self contained cottage that was clean and set up with everything you needed. Gina was welcoming and extremely helpful. HIGHLY recommend and if I’m ever through this area again would absolutely be back!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Everything. Location, perfect size. Was able to add guests if needed. Had lil lambs outside also which was adorable. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely be back. Thank you Gina and family.
