JB Design Hotel

The hotel is near Haeundae beach, and within short walking distances to metro as well as bus stations. There are plenty of eateries and mini-markets around too, making it very convenient for guests. The family room we stayed in is roomy. Free drinking water and ice cubes at the lobby.

Although there are 4 of us staying, only 2 full-size bath towels are provided with several additional hand towels.

Quirky hotel. They have provided a lot of free amenities such as coffee, water, or laundry services. Bed was comfortable. Sheets very clean.

When you take shower, only part of the water ends up in a drain, and the rest travels down the bathroom into toilet and behind the bath. The walls are quite dirty and need solid refresh, we had to change rooms because the toilet smelled like sewage. There was random tape on the walls. It is a 2 star hotel after all but in some aspects it gaves a motel impression. There was two of us and we have been only given one bath towel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (on the rare occasions that I saw them. Beach was lovely. The general area was nice, though some of the alleys did have a strong, unpleasant sewage smell... The free water and ice cups, the microwave, and the hot water dispensers were all very nice after a long day out. There was also a relatively nice view from the hotel room we were in (10th floor).

The cleanliness of the room was horrendous. There was a weird mark on the full length mirror as well as a random red splatter mark on the wall next to it (no idea what it was). The couch in the room had definitely never been cleaned as I wiped it with 3 wet wipes and it was STILL coming up dirty. When we first entered the room there was mess/dust on the desk, the first and second towels (hand/floor towels) I grabbed were stained, and the third had a hole in it. We only had one body/shower towel in the room even though it was booked for two people and had to ask for another. The shower floor looked like it was covered in mould and the wall tile had some hair on it. Sometimes after turning the shower water off there was a faint sewage smell which was not pleasant to say the least. The toilet door had a lock but physically couldn't even close to the point of locking, so the door was always open when using the toilet. An acquaintance of mine was also staying at the hotel at the same time as me and had a very similar story to tell, even saying that the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor when they used it so everything was always wet.

距離海雲台地鐵站很近，海邊則是需要步行約10分鐘。鄰近很多便利商店及購物商圈，算是交通生活機能都很好的地理位置。提早抵達或退宿可以先將行李放置在門口處。

super zentral in Haeundae. Check-in war einfach und ich konnte das Gepäck früher abgeben. Wasser kann kostenlos in der Lobby bezogen werden.

Das Zimmer war allgemein sauber, aber der Fussboden schwärzte die Socken. Die Duschtür… die gläserne Duschtür - ich wollte sie lieber nicht bewegen, da sie von der Wand abbrechen zu scheinte…
