Abian Ubud View

Schönes Zimmer mit schöner Gartenanlage, direkt vor einer Reisterasse. Die Lage war sehr gut, schnell im Zentrum von Ubud aber trotzdem ruhig. Man kann Massagen bestellen. Frühstück war lecker.

Googlemaps Location stimmt nicht. Die Dusche hat nicht immer funktioniert.

The hotel is small, but the grounds are truly beautiful — even though there’s some construction going on nearby, so the views aren’t Instagram-perfect. We stayed in a cozy bungalow with a small kitchen and a gorgeous tropical-style shower. There’s a pool club nearby, and while the large villa has its own private pool, the smaller bungalows don’t. The hotel also has a nice and very affordable restaurant on-site. The staff were amazing — kind, welcoming, and full of heart. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the shopping area is also within easy reach. The hotel also helped us organize tours and transfers at a very reasonable price — just slightly above standard taxi app rates.

At night, you may hear small animals running on the roof, which is common in tropical places like this. It didn’t bother us much, but sensitive sleepers might want to be aware.

Nothing the staff were nice

It was dirty has spider webs all over lizards all over. Bathroom drain shower both upstairs bathrooms were flooded with the bins floating. Staff were nice enough but how many times can you call them . Doors don’t lock on one of the rooms upstairs. It was horrible. I decided to pay for one night and check out.

Beautiful grounds, our villa was nice. Great staff, always eager to please and help. Kids loved it. Villa was always cleaned well.

Lots of construction around the property which is standard Bali. Villa was more dated than appeared on website but not bad.

Lovely and quiet, rice paddy views from balcony in Villa 2. Only a short trip to central Ubud, 5 mins in car and less on a bike.

Cupboards in kitchen were dirty, both sliding doors to the bedroom didn’t close properly -they did lock but there was a big gap. Thought the mosquitos might swarm in but it wasn’t a problem.

The drive down the narrow, gravel, unlike road was just the beginning of our trouble with this property. We arrived at Abian Ubud View in pouring rain, expecting to have a chance to dry off and relax. However, unlike the pictures which displayed 2 rooms with indoor stairs, everything was slippery, the kitchen was outside in the rain, and the staircase leading to the 2nd room was outside, making it very slippery, which is dangerous as they could've been severely hurt. I myself got hurt badly. We thought we would be able to cook food in the kitchen, but it was disgusting to even step foot there. As it was rainy, the floor was always slippery and wet, with ants and lizards crawling everywhere, and the dishes and utensils were moldy. There was a sofa inside the kitchen which was covered in dirt and could not be used. The bathrooms were missing hand soap, there was fossilized toothpaste in the sink, everything smelled so bad, and was not hygienic. We were expecting something much better and were severely disappointed by this place.
