Everything was wonderful. The room was cozy, beautiful, and very comfortable. I especially loved the bed and slept incredibly well every night. The surroundings were lovely and peaceful. However, what truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the very first moment. A perfect 10 for the team!

Honestly, nothing. I had a very pleasant stay and felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

The bungalows are very nice, the environment with the plants are great, outside shower is a top hit. The place is clean, you can get food and rent a scooter. It's very close to Ubud center, but also far from the main street noise.

Staff sometimes was a bit confused, but they were really friendly and helped with everything.

Honestly, I am often not comfortable writing negative reviews, but I hope their team can work it out someday. Unfortunately, here’s the only positive feedback we can think of: 1. The comfort and coziness of the bed. It feels like home. 2. The tidiness of the Bungalow. 3. The delicious breakfast. So far, this is the most delicious breakfast we've had in Bali. Hats off to their cook/cooks. 4. Peaceful location yet not very far from the Central Ubud via scooter that we rented from the hotel. IDR 120,000 per day.

We know Balinese people as natural and sincere. Unfortunately, the staff here is the only exception. We wonder why? We have been working in the Middle East for decades, where customer service is crucial, so not getting that top-notch customer service from expensive Bali feels unfair. Here’s our honest feedback: 1. The staff are not naturally welcoming and sincere. In fact, they all look sad and actors. Only doing their job for money. Perhaps the manager or the owner’s behavior reflected on the staff. 2. The staff did not even offer to carry our bags when we checked out. 3. When my husband asked for a lighter to light an incense, they pretended not to know what a lighter is, and did not even offer a solution. My husband had to head out that night to buy a lighter. 4. The staff are often lying or sitting around without smiling or showing interest in their guests. Zero customer service. 5. This one is acceptable, but just be mindful of a frog. There was a big black frog hanging on the shower curtain. It took a while for my husband to take it away.

La villa est top ! Le personnel est aux petits soins. Proche du centre d’Ubud, mais idéalement prévoir Grab ou scooter.

Quiet, although near the center. Good shower, bed, hair dryer, and beautiful garden. Clean, and didn't smell like mildew like a lot of places.
