Friendly staff, the hotel area is beautifully decorated. For short say is okay. Good trainer for the surfing lessons.

The location is inconvenient, 15 minutes drive to the ocean. The roads to the hotel were terrible. During the day, renovation work was being carried out on the territory and it was very noisy, and there was no advance warning. Also, in the middle of the day, the restaurant didn't want to take orders. We stayed for 2 nights, there was no cleaning during this time. Too little choice for breakfast. The hotel offers surfing lessons, for some reason they are listed in Moroccan currency on the website, but in local currency it is much more expensive, you need to be careful before taking lessons. Also, it is not a good place for beginners to surf, the waves are too big.

El alojamiento está muy bien, calidad-precio buena. Tranquilo y cerca de todo. Personal amable y disponibilidad de hacer actividades con ellos. Desayuno rico.

El baño le haría falta una remodelación. Simplemente indicar que el alquiler de la tabla conlleva la firma de un contrato previo, que en caso de rotura mayor se deberá pagar un importe alto, en nuestro caso alquilamos una tabla y se partió, gestionamos todo el problema con Diana, que fue muy agradable en todo momento, realizando finalmente el pago de la tabla.

El desayuno incluido no estaba mal pero para hacerlo más completo tenías que pedir alguna cosa fuera del precio incluido. El tamaño de la piscina. Las camas.son cómodas aunque con el calor que hace te ponen un edredón y sin sábana encimera.

Cuando llegamos nadie nos ayudó con las.maletas el check in fue bastante pésimo. La habitación de tamaño bien pero poco cuidada en general, para estar en Bali decoración minimalista total y antigua. La lámpara de la.mesilla no tenía interruptor y había que enchufar y desenchufar. El baño también muy pobre y escaso en general. Parecia que estaba a medio terminar. La limpieza tampoco era muy buena que se diga en general...La.piscina también algo sucia y las colchonetas de las hamacas sucias y desgastadas. Otro detalle que no nos gustó fue que solo te dan una toalla grande y otra pequeña. Para la piscina te buscas la vida. Del personal una de las chicas muy amable pero la que nos hizo el check in bastante pasota

Die Unterkunft ist an sich gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich. Man kann viel Zeit draußen verbringen. Der Pool hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Das Frühstück war inklusive und super. Vor allem die Eierspeisen und die Pancakes. Cappuccino konnte man sich anstelle von balinesischem Kaffee für einen kleinen Aufpreis bestellen. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Es gibt kein Mückennetz. Das Bad ist eher in keinem guten Zustand. Geschlafen haben wir gut, ab und zu etwas hellhörig zu den Zimmern drumherum aber nicht störend. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegener, aber nicht schlimm, wenn man eher surfen möchte und sich einen Roller mietet. Der Taxi Service vom Flughafen hat sehr gut funktioniert. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es ein paar Restaurant Möglichkeiten.

Das Bett hat kein Mückennetz, obwohl es dies gut gebrauchen könnte. Das Bad ist zum Teil feucht an der Decke/ Wänden und Schimmel lässt sich erahnen. Wenn es doller regnet, tropft es durch die Decke im Bad.
