Olo Surf Nature

Olo is a 12/10. Of all the places we've stayed in Indo, Olo has been the best. Amazing scenery with lush greenery, amazing free breakfast options that aren't just basic eggs (the oats with mango was my fav), wonderful and kind staff, great room with comfy beds and great AC, they provided shampoo and conditioner in the shower (which was so nice for our hair), water to refill your bottles, a stunning pool and seating area. It is a little out from the main strip of Uluwatu, but we personally loved that. The scooter ride in is fun -- it takes maybe 18-20 min. They also have surf instructors that take out beginner, intermediate, and advanced level surfers and teach them which looked awesome -- we didn't as my partner surfs pretty well, but is a great option for someone looking to learn. Close to many local warungs (our fav was Dapur Balangan), and a massage parlour. The price of the stay for what you get is a bonus as well, we would 100% would stay again.

Only 'downside' (not even that bad) was that the area lost power twice during our stay, meaning the wifi, lights, charging ports, etc. were not usable during that time. However, it is Indonesia (and understandable), and we made the most of it by going more inland to find some great food for dinner while the power was out!

Great place to stay, chill vibes and close to Balangan beach. We loved it here, great breakfast and staff. 20-30min distance from main Uluwatu area, but preferable if you want a quieter location.

Me encantó que estuviera muy cerca de la playa principal para hacer surf, tuvieran actividades dentro del hotel (como bqq con música) y el desayuno a la carta incluido era exquisito. Los animales también eran de gran compañía y alegraban mis mañanas.

La cama era muy grande, lo cual es bueno, pero se podía sentir la textura del interior del colchon, lo cual se arreglaría muy fácil con un topper. Por otro lado, nuestra ducha nunca tuvo agua caliente, hace calor en bali así que no fue tan terrible, pero el agua caliente siempre se agradece.
