"If the apartment is not available, remove it from Booking.com"

We have booked the apartment via Booking.com which means that it was available for our date but after booking we got the message that the apartment is not free so we had to look elsewhere.

"Slightly different experience"

Due to the flood we didn't visit this flat but were redirected by the landlord to another one. Very nicely decorated flat with unigue details, big enough for 4 adults and 2 children. The location was perfect, near the city center.

Since it wasn't originaly the place we booked we didn't get separated rooms and we got bunk beds which were not suitable for three-year-olds. Also, heating sistem didn't work, but the temperature was not so low so it didn't bother us.

"Perfect attentive host in great location"

We didn’t actually stay at this exact location because of the existing tenant staying on, but the agency found us another place. That was a bit strange, but it worked out. Our new host was amazing and so it worked out in the end.

The lounge was converted to a bedroom for us (6 people) so it meant there was no lounge, but this was not a big problem.
