Hoi An Phu Quoc Resort & Spa

Resort was beautiful in perfect location. Personal was helpful. Lovely place to return.

One smaller bad was not comfortable.

Room no clean very well especially the corners of the room, closet. Breakfast: very little choice

The room is spacious and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, location is good coz it's nearby restaurants and pubs, only 5 minutes to the beach

Nothing I don't like

Idyllic surroundings on the property. Very good value for money. Everything you need. Staff was helpful, property was well kept.

Beds very hard. In one of the bungalows there was bad smell of sewage coming from one of the drains in the bathrooms. After notifying the staff they managed to get rid of the smell. Roosters nearby might wake up a light sleeper.

The compound is beautiful. The location is very convenient for exploring and getting services. The staff was sweet and attentive.

The rooms would benefit from paintings and some touches of detail. I guess these would come in the future.

This was one of the more memorable stay for us. It was a charming experience because of the accommodation and the staff there. Everyone was nice and accommodating. (I loved the pool area) The breakfast was fulfilling and the amenities met our expectation. We had everything we needed. I would recommend Hoiana Resort to anyone looking for a cute and charming place to stay with very reasonable pricing in Phu Quoc.

We love the location and the overall aesthetic of Hoiana. It was beautifully decored. Room was clean and comfy. The staff were super helpful. Food was great! Couldnt have asked for better.
