"Le site est magnifique mais quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires."

La terrasse et la piscine sont impeccables. La salle de bain rénovée était aussi très agréable. Endroit très tranquille pour relaxer.

Le carrelage de la cuisine aurait besoin d’être remplacé. L’aire commune ne comportait pas d’air climatisé et la cuisinière au gaz rendait l’environnement très chaud. Pour accéder à la villa, il faut calculer 8 à 10 minutes sur un chemin cahoteux.

Très au calme. Belle vue. Piscine très appréciable.

Détails: Les chaînes accessibles pour la TV. Aspirateur HS au bout de 2 mns donc prévoir au moins une pelle à poussière. Des verres supplémentaires ne seraient pas de trop.
