It was amazing. We were staying at the villa for about 16 days, the room was very clean and comfortable, there was everything for convenience and the view from the room to the ocean was breathtaking. clean pool, kitchen, terraces, everything is done with love and very beautiful. we never regretted choosing this villa and are grateful to the owners that they were always on hand. will recommend to all friends.

The property was well presented with a quiet beachfront location. Not to far to the main town and close to the station. The people who run the property where absolutely lovely.

At the time there was issues with the WIFI dropping in and out, not sure if it was the router or their provider.

Everything was so great! A very picturesque view right by the ocean. The owners of the villa were super friendly and helpful, helped us with everything during our stay. The villa is very clean and cozy, we felt like home there, very relaxing. The place itself is very quiet too, you can hear only the ocean waves. We really liked it and hope to be back one day! Strongly recommend staying here.

Clean, modern, beach access, views, walking distance to good coffee (Latte Korea) and pizza. Happy for the glass bottled water in the rooms. ☆ Let's all help STOP the use of single-use plastic. ■ and also no barking dogs, bread trucks or temple broadcasting. ■ just the breathing of the sea. ♡

This is a very new villa divided into 6 suites. Ours was comfortable, spacious, fully functioning and immaculately prepared. Sliding doors opened onto the garden, the pool and a covered terrace with tables and chairs. The pool is lovely and partly shaded by a giant palm so you can float in sun or shade. A gate at the bottom of the garden opened onto the ocean promenade, where you can watch the sunset. It is perfect. The couple who own it were so attentive to our needs going out for food, beers etc. Breakfast was great. The garden and pool were so nice for chilling out. With the air-conditioning nearby to cool off. The Sea Queen feels isolated but is only 75m from the main road. Taxis and tuk tuks find you easily. This is a high spec villa at a very reasonable price.. EXCELLENT Our best stay in Sri Lanka.

We had a wonderful stay in the sea view room at this villa. The room was really nice and spacious, and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The beach just outside was clean and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff was very friendly and they made sure we had everything we needed. This is the perfect spot!
