Villa dotată cu toate necesare, bucătăria cu toate ustensilele și vesela. Locația superbă, aproape de plaja. Alături 2 magazine mari. Perfect pentru o familie numeroasa. Gazda foarte atentă și primitoare. Recomand.

We really enjoyed the house and its location. We had the entire villa to ourselves, with a well equipped kitchen, lovely terraces, great services and a quiet atmosphere. The host was very kind and communicative. Overall, an excellent experience!

The rooms were a bit small, and the parking could be improved.

Casa dotata di ogni comfort; la proprietaria è stata gentile ed ogni giorno ci chiedeva se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Struttura pulita vicino alla Via pedonale di Nikiti. Presente anche uno spazio esterno in cui fare cene e Barbecue.

Locatie relativ aproape de plaja. Strada linistita. Aproape de supermarket. Gazdele au fost foarte primitoare. Camere curate. Bucatarie echipata.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house by the sea in Greece! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome. They are some of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we have ever met—warm, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. They even prepared a lovely welcome for us with fresh fruit, bottled water, coffee pods, which was such a thoughtful touch after our journey. Throughout our stay, they checked in on us making sure we were comfortable. The house itself is absolutely perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, the owners clearly take great pride in their home. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the sea. The house is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, and the little things made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of a perfect home, the sea nearby, and the friendliest hosts made this one of our best vacations ever. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Greece.

3 katlı şirin bir villa. Çift kişilik yatak bulunan 3 ayrı odası var. Yataklar king size değil 2 yetişkin sığabilir. Üst ve orta katta geniş balkonları, Zemin katta sofası var. Hepsinde masa sandalye mevcut. Alt katta mutfak var. Malzemeler çeşitli ve yeni. Hatta bisiklet, şemsiye ve plaj sandalyeleri de mevcut bilseydik TR’den getirmezdik. Sahile 500 metre Nikiti kasaba merkezine 700-800 metre. Masoutis’e yürüyerek bile gidebilirsiniz max 300 metre mesafede. Lidl da yakın. Üst kat ve zemin katta 2 banyo mevcut. Bir klima var. Sineklikler var. 2 aile 4 gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Antonis ve eşi Stella’ya misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Banyoları küçük ama şikayetçi olacak kadar değil.

Staying in Varveri's house was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that every single detail was taken care of to make our stay exceptional. From laundry facilities to BBQ equipment, they had everything we could need. The house was fully equipped with two ACs, a spacious garden, and individual terraces for each room. The absolute hit is the outside shower and two refrigerators so plenty of cold drinks we had . I wholeheartedly recommend this house to families, groups of friends, and anyone seeking privacy and tranquility. A huge thank you to the Varveri family for their exceptional hospitality. This vacation was truly one for the books. Looking forward to our next visit!

Very nice garden to enjoy after beach and during the nights. There's also a nice terrace with furniture. The location is quite good as it's 10 min from the main each alley. The owners are very nice people and very responsive and will solve anything that comes up. It was in general exactly what we expected and totally worth the money.

Lots of mosquitos so be prepared with sprays and anything - thats pretty much everywhere in Nikiti. The owners have put in place very solid nets and other measures but on the lawn it gets messy at night. The house needs a bit of renovation but in general is well maintained.
