Breakfast provided by the hotel is good and room boys behave politely too

Rooms are pathetic and beds are very poor. Torn and unusable matress are provided with this higher price.

I have stayed here many times over the years. It is in a great location for access to Majestic ( the main transport hub of this traffic clogged city). Staff are always friendly and hekpful. The hotel intends to get a card device that accepts international payment cards which will help travellers enormously. Failing that, the nearby Canara Bank has an ATM.

Expect to pay extra for breakfast (currently 250 rupees per person per meal) since, although Booking.com continues to advertise the room rate as including breakfast , the hotel says this is an error they have reported to Booking.com many times before without success.
