The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet vibrant and full of great restaurants and shops. Incredible room, and Chiara was an outstanding host.

Cannot imagine a more memorable stay than at the Terra Mia Suite and a better host than Chiara. The effort she has put into the room is truly reflected in everything, from the incredible decor, the ambient lighting, the soft towels and the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks. Chiara met us at the property and even helped us with the parking of our car, made great food suggestions and was there for everything we needed. Considering visiting Catania just for the experience of Terra Mia again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this centrally located apartment in Catania! It felt like a cozy home away from home, with perfect sauna and jacuzi and all the amenities we could ask for. Chiara, our lovely host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided fantastic local recommendations. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Very beautifull room close to old citycenter. We only stayed one night , so we didn't use the nice wellness in the room ( sauna, rainshower, hammam, jaccuzi ) very nice for longer stay. The host Chiara is very kind, she reserved us a inside parking place for the car 400 m from the room. She was waiting there for us and guided us to the studio. She gave a lot of tips for going to breakfast, restaurant, places to visit in the city.

Nothing realy grave things. Only some small things was the leak to put your clothes for 2 people when longer stay. Also for longer stay there was almost no natural light what comes in the room ( but was a lttle balcony in the back what made some compensation) But these things where not realy disturbing the good mood for us to stay here. We had a wonderfull last night in Catania. Thanks Chiara :)

What to say about Chiara The best host ever I met So kind helpfull and communicative House is amazing as well with full of spa equipment When I visit Catania next time for sure looking forward to stay again Convenient location and clean But again thanks to Chiara for great hosting

Location was fantastic. Host was amazing and spoke very good English. She could not have been more helpful. We really felt welcomed.
