What a lovely property. This is our second visit and will definitely return. Beautiful views. Spacious clean house and lovely outside setting. Maxine is quick to respond to anything you need and any questions you might have.

"Lovely home"

Exceptional location with an amazing view! Very peaceful and quiet. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. My kids enjoyed themselves staying here especially with the hot tub and kayak. We highly recommend staying here!

Very welcoming hosts and a breeze checking in and out. Excellently clear communicating and I would recommend this cottage if ever staying in Athenree area! Beat our expectations and well above value.

"Great stay and have already rebooked our next stay."

Had everything we needed, clean and well thought out for guests. We managed two Motels and 3 AirBnB properties in Rotorua and this is the best AirBnb we have ever stayed at personally. We have already rebooked and can’t wait for our next stay and bring our parents with us.
