Owner was lovely and very helpful, riad was nice and clean and a short walk away from the centre.

Location - situated in a convenient and accessible area that made Marrakesh easy to explore. Cleanliness. Nice common area between two rooms and roof terrace. Staff. Mohammed was the best. Thank you.

I stayed in a room without a window and it was super hot. Had to sleep with a door opened. Noisy at night from motorbikes outside. The room needs storage.

The landlord is very friendly, and even when we ordered on the wrong date, they still let us check in and enjoy the good room. The landlord is also accommodating and provides various help. The room is very clean and new. Everything is in good condition. Even though the kitchen and bathroom are shared, they are all clean.

Nothing.

The manager was very nice. My plane got in very late and he was willing to meet me and guide me to the property. Also the space was very homely and in a good location.

When I returned to the property one night, there was a bird sitting on one of the door frames, but other than that I had no problems with cleanliness.

Location! Location! Brand New !Family own Riad ! Floor Carpets , Bed , pillows , everything is New ! We stay 3 Days there , outside our room we have our own living room! Share Bathroom, is fine I like the sink outside the bathroom, staying in the Medina could be confusing, this place is a great deal for the money , roof top near to restaurants , literally front door to Le Slimana ! One of best restaurants in Town ! Cafes ! Souks ! The best of Marrakesh wonder around the Medina Souks !

All good , just keep on mind like in general Morroco Arquitectura, lot steps , narrow staircases . 🇲🇦🫶

the localisation is amazing, the riad is quiet with a beautiful rooftop with a panoramique view and the Owner is really nice!
