Tropical Oasis House Private Pool Family Yard

The pool and backyard was nice.

Lack of advised amenities. The bathroom was dingy with paint chipping, wobbly toilet, and did not look like the photos online. The welcome instructions mentioned there would be coffee, laundry soap, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. None of these were present, host sent paper towels and coffee and reaching out two separate times. When we discovered there was no extra toilet paper or zero laundry soap, they insisted that they provided a set amount which was not true. There was none to be found. Host repeatedly said, that a “set amount was provided” which was not the case. Ultimately, a trivial matter exasperated by the host resulting in us having to take unplanned time from our trip to go purchase these items. The biggest issue with the rental was that numerous roaches were found inside the kitchen/living area throughout our stay. Please see attached photos.

The location was fantastic and the on site parking was an added bonus. The house was very clean and the pool area was great. The house was fully fucntional and the hosts were super responsive. I would recommend this property for rental and would stay again on my next visit to Fort Lauderdale.

The availability of more plastic galsses and dishware for safety around pool area.

We had a challenge with the HVAC but the owners were helpful in addressing the issue. The home was very clean buy it could use a fresh paint job and some.odd.jobs to fix a few minor repairs (eg. loose doorknobs, windows sliding out of frames)

The location was convenient. The back yard and pool was the highlight…Lush and private. The house was well stocked. Rooms were a good size.

The hospitality was superb. they do everything they can to make you happy. Communication runs smoothly and excellently via WhatsApp. In summary, great stay and thanks again.
