Our host - he was very helpful and answered all the t our stupid questions and took us around for a fee that was well worth it

Kind of in the middle of nowhere

A wonderful mini-hotel. Giorgio is a very pleasant host. He met us, showed us everything in the apartment, told us. When leaving the apartment, Giorgio saw us off and helped us with our suitcases. There is a parking space (free of charge). The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The beach is nearby.

A certain amount of money has been allocated for breakfast. I would like a little more.

Please note that this is a three-bedroom flat and you do not rent the whole apartment, just a room and you share the kitchen/fridge/cupboards with other people, however each room has en suite bathroom. I was lucky because there was no one else using the fridge/kitchen, apart from one day when there was a woman renting a single room and she just got herself a coffee in the morning. The view from the balcony is great, the sea is just across the street and there is a public beach just 50 meters away from the place where you can rent a beach umbrella and/or bed(s). Each item costs only €4 (two beach clubs next door offer two beds and an umbrella for €16). Giorgio, the host, and his mom are absolutely great people who will do everything to please your stay. They tidy up the rooms every single day (which was amazing! unless you tell them not to do it) and towels are replaced every three days (!). Just because it's a B&B place, you also get breakfast vouchers (Italian one which is a croissant & a coffee), and you can use them in three different places, but I used them at the restaurant across the street and they serve absolutely lovely croissants plus you sit just by the sea. There is also a grocery shop next door where you can buy everything you need. If you rent a car, you can also get a private parking slot which is only accessible if you have a key.

Unfortunately, the building is located by the main road where there is a quite big traffic until late time (11 PM or even 1 AM) and just because it is Italy, you get scooter's horns every minute. Also, there are two night clubs across the street, so you get a disco every night and some fireworks in the late evening or midnight. But fortunately, once you close the balcony door, the noise is reduced by 80%. However, every morning, around 6 - 7 AM there is a road sweeper doing its job and it is generating a loud noise. The place is also quite pricy compering to Sicily, where in the end of May 2024 I rented a one-bedroom flat (807 ft²), 20 meters away from the beach with a big separate kitchen, a very big bathroom and a car park on site.

The location was very nice the owner was very helpful nothing was a problem to them the apartment was extremely clean tidy I would recommend this place to anyone I would stay there again without hesitation

Elevator needs to be paid2 cent for each ride. It was funny. Place is on first floor so no need to use elevator. Breakfast is one cruiant and coffee

Giorgio is an excellent host, nice and helpful.
