Condado Beach-Pool Front Jewel

The location. Building people were very friendly and helpful.

The mattress was super soft and made it impossible for me to sleep during my stay. It felt like a waterbed with a half full mattress. This can easily be fixed by the owner. Otherwise the place is very easy to access, great location, clean, spacious and it had everything you need during a trip like this. The apt is right in front of the pool and steps to the beach. Something else, the main building is undergoing repainting. It doesn’t look pretty but the works are barricaded very well.

The room was great, clean and cool day and night. People seemed friendly overall. The location to restaurants and the beach were perfect.

The pictures of the main building were very misleading. I think they were taken before the hurricane in 2017. The pool was ok but no what was expected. Website said kid free but families live there so kids were in the pool the whole time and the second pool was not functioning and that whole area blocked off. Not a bad thing, just not what was advertised. The front door is also frosted glass so the room stays very bright even at night.

So close to the beach. Pool was great.

The bed was too soft so the sheet kept coming off.

I'm giving a mixed review. Room vrs facilities. The room was great. There was one security guard that was very pleasant. If it wasn't for the room being as nice as it was, we would have forfeited our money and went to the marriott. The photos of the room are accurate.

The pool was extremely dirty and needed a complete paint job. Lawn chairs were worn out. The main building was all under construction. If you're coming to this location to use the beach. Keep looking there is a huge sewer pipe out on the beach, and this location is one of the deadliest beaches in the caribbean to swim. Photos online of this facilities are not accurate. 3 days too long not to be able to swim in the ocean or in the pool.

Loved the pool, beachfront access (gorgeous clean beach and not busy). You can order pina coladas and other food and drinks they could bring to you

Pillows were a bit high. Staff were a bit slow to respond at beginning but then were super helpful and responsive.

We loved how clean and comfortable everything was. It was a perfect location and the beach and pool were nice.
