Property is well maintained and clean. Rooms have a lot of space, great views and bathrooms are renovated. Good location in South Beach, walkable to the beach. Quiet at night, super important.

Bath towels are worn out and rough.

Emplacement, propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs. (très) petite piscine mais qui permet de se rafraîchir en fin de journée.

Trop cher pour le service : pas d’accueil H24, pas de micro onde dans la chambre, pas de machine à glaçons, pas possible de couper la climatisation (ni de la régler), pas de petit déjeuner…

La ubicación del hotel esta muy bien.

Era muy dificil contactar con alquien del hotel, despúes de las 4pm, cuando cierran la recepción. El chico de la recepción no ha sido capaz de solucionar ningún problema. En la habitación que recibimos a pedir un cambio, lluvia por el techo, la habitación apestaba a humedad y moho y había un deshumifícador, lo cual indica que sabían del problema de la 218. Tras insistir hablar con el manager, por fin sentimos mejora, Oscar ha sido muy amable y de gran ayuda.

La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, la chica de recepción muy amable, me consiguió pava eléctrica para hacerme mate, sombrilla y silla para la playa para mi estadía. El lugar es muy lindo. Muy amables en la recepción, el gerente del lugar tb estuvo en contacto para saber si necesitaba algo. Es muy práctico y puedes comunicarte por wats app. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y de centro comercial, es céntrico.

Se escuchaba el ruido de afuera del pasillo bastante por si hablan fuerte pero no es algo del hotel.

We felt fully welcome. Other than that, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and the gentleman on the reception is a very nice person. Disadvantage is, the reception is empty after mid afternoon. The next day, I observed another couple relatively helpless at the empty reception desk..

The arrival was complicated and, in the beginning, very cumbersome. It's a boutique hotel, and the reception was empty. Nobody was available, to assist checking in. The lady on the phone resisted any assistance and insisted on "a message on booking.com, which should give instructions. Problem: Booking.con sent nothing. We fought an hour long, until a cleaning member saw our desperation and helped us checking in.
