Kate and Ian are super hosts. The cottage was perfect. Great pub nearby and cottage very well located for local attractions. Great parking on site

Only a personal preference. More comfy bed and pillows.

This is such a beautiful place to stay. Perfect for Longleat and Bath and all surrounding areas. We loved staying here it felt so homely and the hosts clearly care about 1st impressions. The access was easy with codes and there was helpful handbook on what to do. Overall this is great and we would definitely come back!

I can't fault it. The Internet did lag but we stayed during a red alert storm so this was inevitable I think.

The Old Parlour was a great little place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was warm and comfortable with everything that we needed for a couple of nights away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The flowers on the kitchen table were a lovely touch

Storm Bert caused a power cut during the afternoon, which meant we had to change our plans to host our family at the Old Parlour. This was a real shame as we were looking forward to sharing this little gem with them.

"Great stay - very clean, warm and comfortable accommodation."

The Old Parlour barn was tastefully renovated. It was both cosy and spacious (good for two couples) and well heated. Everything was immaculately clean and in good working order. Location was great for our visits to Frome and Longleat. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

There was absolutely nothing not to like!

"Peaceful and relaxing"

We loved the peace and quiet of the location. The cottage is beautiful, well equipped, very comfortable and cozy, with an electric Aga for those who wish to cook. We adored the farm dog who came to greet us on arrival. Kate the owner was very friendly and helpful. It was an ideal base to explore local attractions and those a little further afield, we went to Longleat, Frome, Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury. We would love to stay here again.

Sadly the cottages are no longer dog friendly due to some past irresponsible guests. We would have loved to return here when we get a new dog.
