I booked online and received booking confirmation # also when I went there and shown the booking# they refused to give the room. Pathetic service.

The rooms weren't clean. They gave us a used room with cockroaches running all around. When i complained to the staff, they didn’t even bother to clean and instead gave a bedsheet and asked me to do it myself. They gave us 3 rooms and all the rooms were equally filthy. There was water leaking through the flush and the staff wasn’t cooperating either.

The property was not at all worth the stay the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed, I had to tell the house keeping staff to change it the towel was stinking , I told the reception staff to cancel and refund the charges then he changed the bed sheets , pillow covers and blanket, there was dust all over the room the bathroom was stinking... not worth staying there at all there are many hotels with the same tariffs that offer value for money. Very very disappointing...you will get sick if you stay there its so horrible 😞 😢 😫

Staff behaviour is good. They were polite and ready to help.

Room was not given on time. Cleanliness should be better.
