Location was fine middle in the city but rest of the things are worst. I booked Deluxe Room in room there is no kettle, no landline phone, No toiletries, no fan also. I did AC on 16 but still it’s running like a fan only no cooling. My experience was worst. Not recommended for couple or family. For bachelors is fine

Absolute Nightmare – They Gave Our Rooms Away! I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We had a confirmed reservation and had explicitly communicated our arrival time well in advance. Despite this, when we arrived exhausted from our travels, we were told our rooms were unavailable because they had been given to other guests. This wasn't just a minor "glitch." We were traveling with a senior citizen and a baby, and being left stranded without the accommodations we booked for caused massive distress and inconvenience. The lack of accountability from the staff was staggering. A reservation should be a guarantee, not a suggestion. If you are traveling with family and need reliability, do not book here. They cannot be trusted to honor their commitments.
