Sehr sauberes Hotelzimmer freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit

Location is convenient and tje rooms are reasonably good.

The toilet seat was broken The rooms were too hot and you cant control the heater. It is understandable that the winter is very cold temperature reached -13 yet tje rooms were over heated and its central so you can't adjust it.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut

Frühstück. Das Frühstück wurde als offenes Buffet angeboten und bot grundsätzlich eine Auswahl. Leider mussten wir jedoch an jedem Morgen feststellen, dass insbesondere das Brot nicht frisch war. Wir hatten uns besonders auf die beworbenen yöresel Spezialitäten gefreut, vor allem auf Kete – diese waren jedoch ebenfalls durchgehend hart und nicht frisch. Trotz eines entsprechenden Hinweises unsererseits wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass das Brot draußen gelagert werde und deshalb „erfriere“, was die mangelnde Frische jedoch nicht entschuldigt.
