Desperately needs aircon and a backup generator. There’s no redundancy for load shedding

Lovely views, top finishes, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful space

The UPS beeps when loadshedding kicks in. Not sure what the ups is for as wifi does not work during loadshedding. It would be great of this was sorted out, although a minor issue.

Beautiful apartment Had everything I needed from a washing machine to Netflix.😁 I felt at home.

The kitchen window kept making noise and it kept me awake at night. The window needs to be checked out. It doesn't close properly.

I liked everything the apartment felt homely to was comfortable and clean and had everything required for the stay

The host . Confirmationsaid check out id=s at 11am however got a message from gost to leave at 10 am also had the housekeeper constantly knocking asking me to leave when i said i am getting done

I booked this place for my parents. My mother needed to go to UCT private and this place was the best place I could find in close proximity. Very accessible. Had all the facilities listed. My parents were very comfortable and had no complaints. I was also worried about the area. Having previously lived in Observatory I was concerned about the noise level of the traffic and students, but my parents had no noise complaints. To note the DSTV wasn't working initially, just adding this because I was super impressed with how quickly they responded and fixed the issue. This shows that if anyone has a problem they will respond to your issue quickly and try to get it resolved. I loved the privacy. No one over involved or in your business.
