My place studio

It was very clean and organized, the interior was modern and everything was perfect. The owner Nikola was very nice and helping.

The location. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 min. walk from the city centre. There’s a flat-screen TV and fast internet.

It was clear from the beginning that this place is intended for a summer stay. There were spiderwebs all over the place, spiders too. I killed 3 spiders in the bed and 2 in the bathroom; it looked like the place was not cleaned since the summer. There was no trash bin and cleaning utensils, like a mop, etc. We had to throw the garbage in a plastic bag and then go outside of the property to throw it in the big bin. As there was no mop, we were not able to clean the floor at all, and it was winter, so it got dirty very easily. It was very cold; all the cold came from the floor. To keep warm, we kept our shoes on, which resulted in no clean floors and currently, a UTI :) Not enough towels; there was only one towel per person, and we do not use the same towel for face and body etc. No hot water in the kitchenette, so we washed the glasses in the bathroom. We made a good choice of eating out almost every day.

Quiet place. Can be good in summer or warm season in general. Location ~7 minutes from bus station, ~20 minutes from old town / lake. Check in was fast and easy. Apartment was clean. Good comfortable bed. Kitchen with necessary equipment, kettle and stovetop, and even kitchen towel

This ground floor apartment is way too cold in winter. It gets cold very fast, and it takes long time to heat it up. You have to wait for ages till hot water becomes hot. Main problem is the sink in the bathroom, which is almost useless due to very low pressure of water. There was no garbage bin or even bag in the apartment. No salt / sugar / olive oil / tea / coffee

The apartment was new,clean,everything was perfect.Nice and quiet place with a cozy balcony and yard.

Very good for longer stay. Spacious, separate living space, good light, no steps... Very good communication with owner
