Great place, a very pretty room & bathroom, very clean & the whole place has a charming and cozy vibe

Very good location for exhibition center, clean and spacious room, the most important is that the owner is really very warm, reliable and helpful, very kind.

Great attention by Alessandro. Clean and comfortable room, with kitchen and small terrace. Quiet neighbourhood, close to the city center by car or public transport. Walking takes a bit longer. Close to the Bologna Fiera, so excellent for exhibition visits.

Room was very cozy and nice, with a little bit Italian touch. Located close to the city center (around 15 mins walking), surrounded by a lot of cafes and small restaurants. There is a small convenient store just downstairs. The his was super welcoming, helpful and took care about all my needs. If I come to Bologna again, I will def stay here one more time.

Everything was great

The property had everything needed & even more - towels, kitchen appliances, a fridge, washing machine. Perfect choice if you want to make a breakfast yourself in the morning. The flat is very close to a big supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. The host was so nice and polite, he welcomed us, showed us everything in the property, we had a constant contact with him if we needed anything. Our room was very stylish when it comes to decorations & exceptionally clean. PS. - bathroom was my favorite - big, beautiful & retro design, super cool mirror and chandelier. We loved the stay!

There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was perfect :)

I was at the book fair which was a 10 min walk away! Perfect. Lovely and clean, small but everything you need. Felt very safe, owners really nice, easy check in and out. Bit further out of town but easy to bike or get a bus, very good value for money! Would stay again
