Хороший бюджетный отель. Все очень прилично.

The lady that greeted us was quite nice, the bed was comfy, air conditioning, windows open to outdoor shared balcony

The air quality was very poor, could definitely do with more oxygen. The area is extremely overpopulated and quite dirty

Forse la pulizia,anche se non veniva effettuata tutti i giorni.

Non avevo acqua calda per la doccia,in quanto il riscaldatore era rotto ed era da sostituire,la proprietaria continuava a rimandare la sostituzione,ogni mattina"da furbetta" ripeteva "i'll canghe it tomorrow".In conclusione ho passato 7 giorni senza acqua calda.Per non parlare poi di alcuni ospiti,che uscendo sbattevano la porta in una maniera esagerata, ci vorrebbe un cartello su ogni porta con scritto di non disturbare e di accompagnare la porta.Comunque non credo di ritornarci.

V pokoji je slyšet vše z okolních pokojů a společné chodby (zakašlání, chrápání,...).

Great location, up a small side street, away from the traffic and crowds, but only 5 minutes from the centre of kata and beach. Nice outside terrace area, although it was shared. Air conditioning was very effective. Towels changed. Large spacious room. Kept clean.

Noise from an outside bar on the corner of the street. Walls were quite thin, and other guests were banging doors at night. Fridge in room, but no nearby socket to plug in. I didn't need a fridge, but It would be better to remove, as it can't be used anyway.
