"Wonderful place, friendly staff, good food"

Old building with history that gives you a feeling of time-traveling; magnificent scenery; comfortable beds; we stayed in one of the big apartments in the first floor on top of reception: with windows in 2 directions provided for the great views and sun rays hit the room early morning. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative.

The accommodation is very difficult to access, but the view is very nice. The staff are very nice and speak English well.

Unfortunately, the room itself was a disappointment. The pictures are deceiving, so we didn't get what we expected at all. Climbing many stairs to a dark apartment in a separate building. Unfortunately, even inside the apartment, a narrow staircase led to the bedrooms, where the heating was not turned on in one of the rooms. This meant that it must have been about 17 degrees in the room. Only 1 piece of toilet paper was put in the bathroom for 5 people and 3 nights. We filled the bin in one day, but it wasn't emptied, there wasn't even an extra bag. :(
