Beautiful home, the house was tidy and clean, rooms comfortable and fab garden. Location was lovely as very peaceful with nice walks near by with small town of Clitheroe nearby. Garden great was great for kids and the dogs as enclosed so didn't need to worry. Would definitely return!

The house is great, comfortable, clean and well equipped. It's situated in the countryside so a car is useful to get around. We were staying to attend a wedding in a neighbouring town and Sarah the host very kindly provided us with taxi numbers so we could get there and back easily.

welcoming feeling Coming in to lit fire

the mains water is brown in colour . so not fit to drink . was not told prior to arriving . had to bulk buy bottled water . property and fixtures fittings need renewal in some cases .No flutes provided . pots and pans well worn . would be good to have a freezer in the house . heating controls would be good if they could be used by the renters . No ventilation to bathrooms other than window that wouldn’t open and if you ooen the velux in the top bathroom , you get invaded by 100s of flies ! … All can be sorted … cobwebs here and there could have been cleaner , appreciate it’s an older property
