USThe staff were super friendly (even with some language barriers). The location in Dana village was great, and the room was very cool (temperature) which was comfortable. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Bathroom had a working shower with hot water.
The hotel was extremely hard to find (there's a shop labeled "Dana Sky Lodge" where we eventually found the owner, but the rooms we were put up in were labeled Dana Garden Hotel - all very confusing). We were set up in one room and then 15 minutes later they made us move to another room (no explanation). Although the listing said there was wifi, we were told "wifi isn't good in Dana" and that they didn't have it. Dinner, while excellent, was not included in the price of the room and this wasn't conveyed until we were told to pay for the room and a 10 dinar charge per person was added. This would have been nice to know upfront. The shower worked well but had very low pressure.
