Хорошая задумка, расположение и состояние

Нас с папой который с трудом ходит, о чем я писала заранее в отель, поселили на 3ий этаж без лифта! Номер был заказан и оплачен с предыдущего дня, так как мы прилетали в 4 утра. Мы вошли в неубранную комнату, где на кровати было грязное белье, а на столе чашки с недопитый чаем и окурки.

Una cocina vacía, sin utensilios para cocinar, ni fogones, sartenes, ollas....nada. Éramos 4 PAX y habían 2 platos. La ducha se salía mucho el agua y el WC parecía una piscina. Terraza y mobiliario exterior totalmente sucio. En recepción no hablaban ni inglés, comunicación dificultosa, tuvimos q reclamar la cocina tal como anunciaban las fotos para poder hacer un mínimo uso. El Google Maps te lleva a otra dirección, no está correcta la ubicación del hotel.
