La gentilezza dei proprietari è squisita, infatti mi dispiace tantissimo lasciare una recensione un po’ negativa (sotto certi punti di vista). Il letto è davvero comodissimo, la camera ampia e pulita in maniera impeccabile. L’accoglienza è delle migliori! Penso sia una struttura adattissima per chi viaggia per turismo.

Purtroppo le stanze non sono minimamente insonorizzate quindi non ideali per chi,come nel mio caso, si reca a Verona per lavoro e/o necessita di riposare bene. Ho avuto dei vicini che alle 3/3:30 di notte hanno fatto confusione e mi sembrava di averli in camera. Idem la mattina precedente. Inoltre al momento della prenotazione non era specificato che il mio bagno sarebbe stato esterno alla camera. Un piccolo dettaglio che comunque avrei voluto sapere prima di prenotare… Detto questo ci tengo a ribadire che sono molto dispiaciuta per questa recensione perché i proprietari sono carinissimi e gentilissimi.

Hotel nicht von außen erkenntlich. Alles nur über Telefon. Bad super aber nicht im Zimmer. Sehr laut. Obwohl im 3. Stock. Straße und Nachbarn hörbar Kein Frühstück möglich

Объект размещения дает не правдивую информацию. Это не апартаменты, это отдельные комнаты в 4~х комнатной квартире. Нет безопасности, нет приватности. Кроме прочего ночью соседи устроили в 3 утра вечеринку до 4 часов утра и спать было вообще не возможно. По сути вы находитесь в общей квартире с незнакомыми людьми, которых никто не знает и они делают что хотят( контроля нет). На мою жалобу хозяйке меня она обругала последними словами и попросила ехать туда откуда приехала. The accommodation facility does not give truthful information. These are not apartments, these are separate rooms in a 4-room apartment. No security, no privacy. Among other things, at night the neighbors threw a party at 3 a.m. until 4 a.m. and it was impossible to sleep at all. In fact, you are in a shared apartment with strangers whom no one knows and they do what they want (no control). In my complaint to the landlady, she scolded me with her last words and asked me to go to the place where she came from.
