Calm Cosy Villa

1- Propriétaire très réactif et bon communiquant. 2- Excellent accueil. 3- Maison spacieuse, bien agencée, très propre et proche des commodités.

1- Adresse pas très facile à trouver en voiture avec les indications communiquées. Un plan détaillé du quartier (avec l'indication de l'emplacement de la maison sur la carte) serait très utile, particulièrement pour une arrivée la nuit. 2- Clim en panne ce jour là.

Hôte calme, accueillant et serviable. Wifi de qualité. Lieu bien situé dans Marrakech, à l'abri du bruit. . Douche et toilettes propres. A recommander fortement.

The villa is located in a very calm place, the owners are friendly, helpful and cool. Looking forward to coming back again!

Always responsive and caring. In spite of having to cancel our non-rembourable reservation, Abdelfettah kept it for the following day. We were welcomed late at night by him waiting outside at the front door. And tea and biscuits were also waiting for us. Great room, comfortable, quiet, great breakfast.

The quiet

It's a really nice place if you are about spending all your time outside. The location is great, with a supermarket nearby and an easy bus connection with the city centre. The host was very nice, speaking limited English (fluent in French and Arabic), but enough to get you what you need. The owner is happy to help you with anything you might need. They even did a laundry for us. You can rent a double room with access to a private bathroom. The WiFi was very good, and the bed was amazing (hard and very comfortable)!

The problem is access to facilities. You have to ask the host every time you need something from the kitchen. There is a room that was supposed to be the kitchen for guests, but there is nothing in there (no fridge, no hob, no kettle, no dishes...nothing), well there is a washing machine but it's broke. Every time we wanted a bowl, knife, spoon, or cup, we needed to go to the host and ask for it. It's doable but not the most pleasant experience, especially since the host works and is not always there. There is a shared bathroom between 3 rooms and the host, so you might need to wait your turn
